About Back 41

Back 41 was started in 2024 to provide critically injured First Responders a way to get “Back in Service.” Our goal is to add a new skill set to serve their agency and community. We provide Part 107 prep and test fees plus instructor led hands on training and tools. If injured American heroes can’t return to full active duty, permanent desk jobs or medical retirement are not great outcomes. Back41 has trained over 20 critically injured first responders to date.
